  I am a medical physician in Richmond Hill. I have been referring my patients to Dr. Horowitz for more than 30 years. He has always treated them with intelligence, respect and compassion. I cannot remember one single patient that I referred to Dr. Horowitz that did not profusely thank me for referring him/her to his office. Dr. Horowitz has been a real asset to me and my fellow medical doctors as we always have a safe and effective place to send our patients with back or neck pain, headaches, sports type injuries, whiplash, or any other condition that us medical doctors aren't so good at fixing!
