  I was referred to Dr. Lee for a procedure which was done recently. I met him at his Richmond Hill Office. His office is busy so I was sent in 30 minute later than my appointment time and I do not find this a "bad experience". Judging by the # of patients in his office, he is clearly busy and with most doctors that I have dealt with, 15-20 minutes wait time is pretty standard. Dr. Lee was very nice and kind. He explained my diagnosis, answered my questions and explained the procedure. He scheduled me within a month time and when I did my own due diligence, I realized that 4 weeks was the normal waiting time for this procedure. I went to Mackenzie Richmond Hill Hospital recently for the procedure. I was schedule for 9:00 a.m. and sure enough Dr. Lee was in the room, at 8:45. He talked to me once more walking me through the procedure and he did mention that he would not be able to see me after the procedure because he was fully booked that day. He said he would leave a note and would follow up with me which he did. Procedure went well, I was released shortly after and had no issue. I am thankful for his knowledge, expertise, professionalism and kindness and will recommend him.

  I have had very bad experience with this doctor for minor surgery, after surgery he ask me to see him in a month therefore I took a day off for this purpose including another appointment and finally I wasn`t able to see him. This is happened twice so far. First of all he doesn`t come on time and then it takes an hour or more for each patient beside take lots of patient which is out of his time capacity, in short, other than I wasn`t happy wit his surgery he doesn`t have any respect for his patients time at all. Definitely I will not go back again to see him.

  After booking a post minor surgery appointment 3 weeks in advance, the good doctor cancelled it 30 minutes before the scheduled time. I had to take time off from work for this appointment. Total disregard of patients time by the doctor.
