  100% do not recommend this place. I dealt with all 3 receptionists on staff (Michelle, Lou, and Natasha) and all three were extremely unkind. My dad was referred to this centre by his family doctor. They left a voicemail with an appointment time that my dad could not make. I called back, no answer, so I also left a voicemail regarding cancelling the appointment and to please call me at my number. (I took a screenshot of my phone log stating date, time, and number of this centre in case there is a problem later on). I get no call back. I call again to book an appointment for my dad. The receptionists demand (VERY RUDELY and DEFENSIVELY) a 50$ fee for no show fee. I explain to them calmly that I left a voicemail and I have a screenshot of my phone log. The receptionist then starts telling me that they always check their voicemail and would never miss a voicemail and even if that were the case, they always do a follow-up call when there a patient cancels an appointment. That if i didn't get a call back, i should've known that the appointment was NOT cancelled. I have been to many medical places where I left a message to cancel an appointment and it gets cancelled and I usually do not expect a call back telling me that it was cancelled. This procedure (please call back if you do not receive a call from us after you leave a voicemail to cancel your appointment) this centre has was never stipulated in their phone voicemail message and I did not know that this was the expectation. The whole experience was VERY unpleasant and very unreasonable. When I look at other reviews on google, it seems like other clients have had similarly unpleasant experiences at this centre. Please do not waste your time here.
