  The receptionist tells everyone that it's a 40 minute wait. Do NOT believe this. Each time I've been here the wait has been at least 90 minutes. Be prepared to sit.

  I have been going here for about three years when I can't get into my own doctors. Open on weekends, for example Sundays. I have always recieved good service for a walk in clinic.

  It says opened till 9pm. But it's actually opened until the doctor feels like leaving. Don't say it's opened till 9 if you're not taking patients till 9pm. Why don't you post a comment saying that the last appointment is at 7:30pm. So then people know it's not opened until 9pm. On top of it. The receptionist could be a bit nicer instead of blank face and say no more patients. Look me in the eye and say I'm sorry we can't take any more patients. Can we have better customer service? I get it you're tired. So is everyone else. Be more professional
