  I called promenade from another clinic as the doctor wasn't shown up. The receptionist told me only one patient and the doctor is there seeing patient, so I think I would try. After the receptionist finished a transaction I checked in. I noticed the receptionist was telling the truth although there are many patients but I am the next one. I saw the doctor in 15 min. and got my prescription medicine. The receptionist is pleasant, and the doctor is good (a young doctor). I would like to use this clinic if I need it next time.

  I have come to this walk in twice and the doctors were fine but the office reception are not . First time I called in advance to see if there was a line up and they said no and I got there 5 minutes later to a whole room of people waiting and had an hour wait. Second time (and last time I come here) I looked online and saw they opened at 8:30am so I called to see if there was a wait and they said no and the DR comes at 9am. I show up at 8:45 and there is 3 people ahead of me. The receptionist tell me there will be 2 Doctors in at 9. It is 9:30 and they are now just starting to take patients in. I asked how long it will be as I have to go to work and now I am being told they have only one DR here and were supposed to have 2. I am not impressed with their front staff who are rude and not helpful or accurate. This is the second time they have been completely misleading and I will not be back and suggest you go elsewhere.
