- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I purchased a Groupon to take a 10 day trip to China with this agency and I have opted to no longer go as I am highly concerned with the way this agency operates. I receives a response from my travel agent once every week and a half, despite my responding her within hours. Even better is that I made a payment towards my trip on their website (which my bank said they claimed) and they said they have no record of my payment.
