- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪This location is close to my house and convenient for me, I have been visiting this Shoppers for over 15 years however I recently had a very unpleasant experience with the pharmacy. I dropped off a prescription and was told the pills were to be ordered and would arrive the next day. I returned the next day and the pharmacist had no idea what I was talking about when I told her I had dropped off a prescription, she could not even find my order. Upon further questioning, she found the prescription, said the order had not yet arrived, took down my phone number and said she would call when the order arrives. I waited 4 days before returning and found out that the order had arrived and they had completely forgotten to call me. The pharmacist here, Millie, has always done a great job and provided exceptional service however until there is considerable change in the organization of her staff I will not be returning to this location.by Tara AfsharianFebruary 20, 2017
