- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪We brought our dog to the emergency clinic the other night in a panic. He was immediately taken to the back to be assessed. Dr Richards then came out to speak to our family. She was very approachable and took the time to soothe the anxiety of a worried family, while clearly outlining our treatment options.
